These schools have high levels of achievement as shown by testing AND have met or exceeded growth. A school’s noteworthy achievement is its significant growth and achievement.
Low Growth/ Low Achievement
These schools contain high concentrations of economically disadvantaged students and students with limited English proficiency, similar to High Growth/Low Achievement schools. They aim to make a year’s growth in a year by working with a majority of students who are generally below grade level.
